cleaning and maintaining polished lips

need some info on what to put on my aluminium polished lips, should i polish them then wax them? got some mothers metal polish wil that be good for the job? any wax recommendations?

Get some poor boys wheel sealant on them will protect the lips from braek dust and other stuff

instead of using wax? and after polishing?

polish them with alu belgum,give them a couple/few coats and then go over them again with poorboys sealant
im not a hater,my mom told me it was an opinion
