fifth gears polish finder!

Postby God on Mon Feb 02, 2009 8:20 pm

just seen on fifth gear a test of car polishes
tested ones of various prices
seen a quick shot of some megs (but didnt see which one)
and the autoglym super resin
and then there were ones which were like £1500!!

and you know what they said was the best one....... the £1500 one!
and when it came to showing which of the cheaper one is the best..... it showed one for about 5 secs then ended the damn thing!!

most pointless piece of crap!
no wonder fifth gear is on channel 5! lol

Hahaha I know what you mean mate.

Thing is with programmes like that is that they don't go into the detail of it.

I take very little notice of anything on those shows. Just a good bit of entertainment. If you want advice on detailing, Detailing World is your friend! haha

Haha oh dear.

A lot of people refer to polishing and waxing as the same thing.

Polish is midly abrasive and some add a minimal layer or protection.

Wax is for adding protection after you've polished.

Its not hard! lol
