burst??? as in the seals have gone? if thats the case you may be able to get hold af a rebuild kit. Of it its actually got a hole in it....i have in teh past drilled them, tapped out the hole and put a bung in it. Or welded them.
Just an idea if you cant get hold of one.

wel i was thinking about it.....
new set the cheapest iv seen is £350ish
second hand set (undamaged) are selling around £250
this set is £150, if a new shock is £100 making it £250 then it would be ok right?

i tried the place you said gav and he suggested venom motorsport, said they are the biggest suppliers of fk, going to ring them up tomorrow and see about a qoute..... fingers crossed if it does need replacing it wont be too bad..

was thinking too though, if say the the shock to replace was stupidly expensive. if i bought uprated shocks for a c2 seperatly could i fit them instead...such like these
http://www.racedynamics.co.uk/store/Sus ... amex-Citroën-C4/Picasso/c7172_9191_9316_9271_9274/p160170/Citroën-C4-+-Picasso-(-Pair-OF-Rear-Shocks-)/product_info.html

i know it seems a bit silly having to buy another set, and why not just get springs/dampers instead of coilovers, would prefer coilovers for ease of use, theres alot of speed bumps by me! lol

i rang up the place today and they said that a replacment shock will cost £90ish ...so totaly price of the kit would be about £240 so prety good i think!

well iv found a set for 329 on one site, my mate is ringing up a shop he promos for to see if he can get them to match the price for me, and im goin to try venon motors to see if they would match it too!
was thinkin about it last night and agree with the warrenty thing, and well if say something else didgo wrong would have to pay more to get it fixed

exactly if something went wrong while you were on the motorway or any other road for that matter and you trashed your car because of it you would feel a right tit for not spending a little bit more on a new set

Dont be put off by the cheaper brands dude, I know alot of people swear by FK etc but i have the hot tuning cheap ones from Ebay, they have lasted a good 60k now with no problems and a couple of fast speed bump accidents and one kerb :-s

I think I payed £250 brand new and posted, more than likely made in the same korean factory as FK and the other mainstream makes.
