hub adapters?!

As you may have noticed, peugeots dont have the cast amount of wheels to choose from like honda etc with 4 x 100 stud pattern, Does anyone know where I could get hub adapters to change from 4 x 108 to 4 x 100 or even to five stud?
I get slated if I call my car "euro", but everyone else can call it that and get away with it!
