Inside or outside? I'd guess inside venitians would be easy to get, but if you mean the 1970s type you used to see on the back of a Capri...

RGA used to make them. You never know, they may be interested in staging a comeback.

Unless its Retro I wouldn't put them on. But Louvres' are VERY rare to find anyway. They look awesome though!
